Novosibirsk Tin Plant is a producer of branded tin, babbitt, solders and alloys from mineral raw materials. Our company is known for high quality products and manufacturability of production. Tin special solders:
- POIN 52 solder – main components: tin and indium (51-53%); Melting temperature «Solidus» - 117 degrees C, «Liquidus» - 120 degrees C. It is used for soldering and tinning in semiconductor technology. It is produced in the form of ingots, wire with a diameter of 2 mm.
- POIN 10 solder – main components: tin and indium (9-10%). Melting temperature of «Solidus» - 200 degrees C, «Liquidus» - 215 degrees. It is used for soldering in semiconductor technology. It is produced in the form of ingots.
- Solder POSK 50-18 – main components: tin - 49-51%, cadmium - 17-19%, Melting point: «Solidus» 248 degrees C, «Liquidus» - 266 degrees C. It is used for tinning and brazing of metallized ceramic parts. Produced in the form of ingots and wires.
The Novosibirsk Tin Plant also produces tin O1pch, babbit B-83, antimony-free, low-antimony and antimony tin-lead solders.
